I wish I could share some New Orleans cuisines with you but for now just visualize we are at Cafe Du Monde, a very famous site for coffee and beignets that lies right on the mighty Mississippi River, spending the afternoon together talking and sharing stories. A saying in Louisiana "Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez" means Let the Good Times Roll! Be well....

ReplyDeleteMMMMMMMM, I can taste the beignets! I had some last spring when I visited NOLA for Jazz Fest. The big thrill was seeing Michael Franti perform a free live concert in the lower ninth and eating at the Joint!

Haha you are so nice! I would love to have some hot chocolate and beignets with you along the Mississippi River. Hey that would be a great idea! I can come right down the Mississippi River to see you and go to the graduation thing in August! That would be a great graduation present. I can run over a see Brett Favre's home town while I am down there too. Happy Thanksgivings! ;)
