How I feel about Bloggin!

This new world of blogging is just one more way to place my thoughts to writing. It requires you to think about writing, more expressly, about how you feel about issues that concern many people. I haven't really focused on why a lot of people haven't responded to my blog. I just make every effort to acknowledge them and thank them for their comments. I have facebook and that keeps me kind of occupied these days. I am reconnecting with classmates from high school, college and I love that! My challenge will be to incorporate this blog into my facebook. I just love all this techny savvy stuff. It is just about deciding what I can manage, as I keep up with the demands of school, work and music.

  1. Hi Stephanie!! You're into music? What kind? Do you teach it? I have to say I like facebook just because it is easier to deal with and follow. Cute puppy there by the way. Take care and good luck on your project!!

  3. JC, that is a shitzu and I have one like that. Her name is Sugar because of her coat color mixed with white. That is my buddy! I play piano and organ. I have played a trumpet and a baritone during elementary, JH and high school. I taught music for a while but the dedication and all that goes with learning this skill is a challenge with the kids these days, plus the parents would drop them off and go to Walmart and I ended up being a babysitting service instead (smile). To both of you, I have enjoyed you so much in this class, including our very wonderful Professor. All my best to you on your projects and hope to connect with you somewhere in this life. I will remember both of you always!

  4. Hey Stephanie,

I have to find you on FB. That is how we can stay in touch. I will have to blog with new students next term, but I blog with everyone on FB. I don't do that Farmville stuff though. Ha.

    Thanks for your kind words.

I cannot wait to get that electric guitar to my daughter so she can try it out. Her musician boyfriend will help her. I think she might have to move out of her sister's house though. No one wants to listen to someone practice e-guitar!

    See you on FB.

    Nancy

  5. I would love to learn how to play the guitar. I tried one time and it was really hard because of my understanding of the piano. I couldn't get the strings right and stuff. That is still one thing that I intend to do before I leave this world. I accepted you as a friend on facebook. Be sweet, Professor. Thanks for your warmness and your wonderful teaching abilities. Seeya around!
